By using PureFormatter ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms may be updated periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Description of Service

PureFormatter provides free, browser-based code formatting tools for JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and XML. The Service operates entirely client-side. No code or data you input is transmitted to our servers. The Service is provided free of charge with no registration required.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use PureFormatter only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to format, process, or distribute malicious code such as malware, ransomware, or exploits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service in ways that degrade performance for other users
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Service

Intellectual Property

The PureFormatter brand, design, and source code are owned by PureFormatter and its contributors. The formatting output you produce using the Service is entirely your property. We claim no rights over any code you paste into or receive from our formatters.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PureFormatter is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or correctness of formatting output. You are responsible for verifying that formatted code behaves as intended before use in production systems. Always keep a backup of your original code before formatting.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureFormatter shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of business, or errors resulting from incorrectly formatted code.
